World WideZojirushi Corporation (the “Company”) recognizes the importance of its responsibility as a Personal Information Handling Business Operator to appropriately handle Personal Information and handles Personal Information in accordance with its Personal Information Handling Policy as listed below.
1.Purpose of Using Personal Information
The Company will utilize the Personal Information to the extent necessary to achieve one of the following purposes:

(2) To repair and check the products or otherwise to provide after-sales services with respect to the products;

To achieve one of the purposes described in “1. Purpose of Using Personal Information” above, the Company may jointly utilize the Personal Information provided by customers with its group companies (see below).

The Company assigns a chief manager at the section handling Personal Information and makes efforts to adequately manage the Personal Information. The Company also makes efforts to prevent unauthorized access and loss, damage, altering and leakage of Personal Information.
4.Request for Disclosure of Personal Information
In accordance with the Act on Protection of Personal Information, the Company establishes procedures for the request for disclosure, notice of purpose of usage, correction, addition, deletion, discontinuance of usage or provision to a third party (the “Disclosure, etc. ”).
